Cleverprints
Hello and thank you for looking in. This week's blog is a quick and easy pocket card which can be made any size and adapted to hold different shapes. Here I chose to use a circle but rectangles, squares, tags etc are all perfectly fine; the choice, as they say, is yours.
Enjoy!
Pocket Card

Instructions:-
1. Score 10cm x 30cm at 10cm and 20cm. Trim away triangle from bottom left corner to top of score at 20cm and reserve to decorate pocket. Die-cut circle and reserve.
2. Cut two squares of card 9.5cm x 9.5cm.
3. Brayer over two or three colours over the two squares and circle in different directions. Repeat on triangle.
4. Place stencil over brayered cards and blend colours through.
5. Attach one square to middle section of card. Decorate with faux stitching. Add pen detail to stencilled outlines.
6. Apply glue to base of this central area only, fold back triangle and press firmly to adhere - this creates the pocket. Attach coloured triangle over and decorate as in 5.
7. Attach second square to inside of card. Decorate as before.
9. Stamp sentiment onto circle.
Et voila! A pocket card which may be replicated in many different ways.
As ever - happy crafting!
Many thanks and best wishes.
